Rockford PD have not released any information to confirm this.
However, sources are saying that this is the alleged driver of one of the vehicles involved.
RS sources also sent us a video, of a truck driving recklessly in the area around the same time.
That is alleged to have been involved. Rockford PD have not released any information.
We can only confirm an individual by the name of Austin Richard Harvey
Was booked into the Winnebago County Jail, according to the jail website.
And was allegedly arrested for 625 ILCS 5.0/11-501-D-1-I
And sources said this arrest, was allegedly connected to this incident.
Allegedly What May Have Happened: Rollover Accident
Alleged Approx. Location: E State St & Mulford Rd
Alleged Approx. Time: 6:15 pm
At approximately 6:15 this evening emergency personnel were called to the area of E State Street and N Mulford Road for reports of a rollover accident with extrication needed.
At least two people were transported by ambulance to local hospitals with possible serious injuries.
Avoid the area awhile or expect delays…
Per RPD: Rockford Police are on the scene of a an accident located at the intersection of State St and Mulford Rd at this time.
Some lanes of traffic are closed. Please avoid the area at this time.
