They were swerving down the bike path at sinnissippi almost hitting me & everyone else there.
Update #2:

I was walking with my toddler on the bike path at Sinnissippi near the YMCA when this car came up from behind me driving on the bike path swerving all over the bike path/grass by the river. I called 911 to let them know a car was driving on the bike path wearing masks almost hitting dozens of people!
Sources are reporting a major scene in Loves Park.
Details are minimal right now,
It just happened so police have not yet had the time to release any info.
When they do, we will update this.
Initial reports are saying it happened around 3:20 pm on N 2nd.
Near the area of N 2nd and Riverside.
Sources said police have a few alleged suspects in custody.
And there are a few that are alleged to be on foot in the area still.
And may have attempted to carjack a nearby vehicle in attempts to get away.
We can only confirm a major scene with lots of personnel from multiple departments on scene.
A vehicle was reported to be on fire.
And it appears maybe three vehicles were involved in an accident.
Sources said one person may have been bitten by a K-9
Possibly the police K-9, but not confirmed yet.
Traffic is reported to be backed up.
Avoid the area for some time.
