And are pushing the same agenda in this plan.

SO THE COMMUNITY AND OUR OFFICERS
CAN BECOME SAFE AND THE COMMUNITY TRUST OUR LEADERS
Several officers have been hurt or KILLED, AFTER the encryption.
But yet police still chose to LIE to the community,
saying encryption is for “officer safety”
For almost 30 years! All those years of un-encryption and no officers were hurt or killed.
And MANY criminals were caught, by community members that were aware to who to keep an eye out for.
Since encryption, the last few years. Many officers hurt or killed.
OPEN THE SCANNER BACK UP, SO THE COMMUNITY CAN LISTEN FOR THEMSELVES IF CRIME IS REALLY DOWN!
Weird, POLICE REFUSE TO RESPOND TO CALLS, BECAUSE THEY ARE BUSY ON OTHER CALLS.
AND YET YOU STILL PUSH “CRIME IS DOWN”
City of Rockford Comprehensive Plan Update
The City of Rockford is pleased to announce that we’ll be accepting public comments
on the update to the City’s Comprehensive Planning document.
The Comprehensive Plan acts as a guide to coordinate and align zoning and land-use, transportation infrastructure, economic development investments, natural resources, open space protection, and the general needs and concerns of community members.
The plan serves as the community’s voice and portrays what the future could look like, while serving as the decision-making tool for elected and appointed officials regarding overall development, conservation, and public investment within the City and just beyond its borders.
This plan update will allow the City of Rockford to refine its vision to maintain and enhance the quality of life for our community well into the future while remaining resilient.
This will be accomplished through specific implementation strategies and goals which are outlined in each chapter.
The plan was developed with help from the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee which was made up of members of the public, professionals, elected officials, civic leaders, and city staff.
The public comment period will conclude on May 10th, 2023.
