My opinion on what allegedly may have possibly happened,
Based on the information that has been currently provided:

We reached out to the Rockford Park District, but like usual they have chosen to not respond.
So we can only post the information that has been provided to us.

Sources said the other night several ATV’s were tearing up the Sandy Hollow Golf Course.
A nearby neighbor said they tried to contact police, but police did not show up.

So he took matters into his own hands and viciously beat an ATV rider.

Fast forward to a little bit ago. Sources sent us the following photo and said the ATV’s are back, destroying the golf course again, and the police were notified and still have yet to respond.

And they were going to be taking matters into their own hands once again,
since the police failed to show up on multiple occasions.
