Based on the information that has been currently provided:

Rockford PD released the following information:

On Friday, October 28, 2022, at approximately 4:35 a.m., Rockford Police officers responded to the 1400 block of Arthur Avenue for reports of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers located numerous shell casings and a duplex that
was struck multiple times. During the investigation, officers located four juvenile males hiding in
the shared basement of the residences. Officers also located and recovered multiple handguns,
reported stolen out of Rockford and Janesville, Wisconsin.

All four were taken into custody and lodged in Juvenile Detention.

The Winnebago County State’s Attorney’s Office reviewed the facts of the case and authorized
the charges listed below.
