My opinion on what allegedly may have possibly happened,
Based on the information that has been currently provided:
At approximately 6:20 this evening emergency personnel were called to the viaduct at Broadway and Woodruff Avenue for reports of a serious accident.
Initial reports are two vehicles were involved, with one vehicle on its roof under the viaduct.
Extrication was required to free the occupants of the overturned vehicle.
At least two people have been transported by ambulance to local hospitals for injuries, the extent of injuries is unknown at this time.
Avoid the area, the roads are going to be blocked off awhile.
