Update: Well we know why there is zero traffic patrols.
because it takes 6 officers, for a man that fell off a moped….

Sources are reporting a major scene on the East side.
It happened a little after 5 pm, near 11th st and 6th ave.
Reports of at least 6 officers on scene.
Sources said all of the officers are out with a male on a moped/scooter.
There are reports of gunfire in the area,
Unknown if it is related.
If Rockford PD chooses to release information,
