Based on the information that has been currently provided:
Sources are reporting a major scene in Rockford this morning.
It happened around 10:10 AM in the 4000 block of Auburn street.
Initial reports are saying that 1 person has been possibly stabbed.
It was unknown on the severity of the injuries.
Rockford PD have not released any information on the incident.
But officials have confirmed that they are investigating a stabbing report.
