Based on the current information that has been provided to us.
We have numerous reports of several stolen vehicles in Winnebago County over the last few days.
Many of the reports have said the suspects have used them in Robberies, Shootings, and 3 sexual assaults.
And yet, the police have remained SILENT, in regards to all of these crimes.
At least un-encrypt the dispatch channels, so the community can be aware to protect themselves.
All encryption does, is hide crimes and make itr EASIER for criminals to commit crimes and get away.
If you un-encrypt the dispatch channels, LIKE THEY WERE BEFORE. The community at least has a chance to defend themselves
But police choose to remain silent, and many community members have fallen VICTIM to these violent crimes. And the local police think that it is OK, to lie and hide to the community.
We have been told that 19 vehicles have been stolen in Winnebago County, just in the last 2 days.
19 vehicles, that the community will see, but not know to turn in…
Sad, all these crimes, and it appears the local police are supporting criminal behavior.
By lying to the community, and encrypting…
I forgot to add, there was 34 reports of ATTEMPTED carjackings and car thefts.
As much as we hate asking for donations.
