Sources are reporting an automobile accident in Winnebago County.
Initial reports are saying that it happened at approx. 9 PM
In the neighborhood of the 3200 block of Meridian.
Sources are reporting a vehicle has crashed into a pole.
Injuries were being reported.
Unknown on extrication.
Officials have confirmed they are investigating an accident and advised the community to avoid the area for a bit.
At the time of writing this, Officials have not yet released any information on the incident.

There was a car traveling southbound near the 3200 block of Meridian Road when it veered off to the left, ending up in the ditch and then the vehicle continued to drive in the ditch for over 300 yards before coming to abrupt stop by a pole. The car was heavily damaged causing a powerline to end up in the road.. Com-ed was called.
The driver, told the police that he does not remember what happened because he was sleeping.
