UPDATE:

Sources said the incident started near Main and Harrison.
Police attempted to stop a vehicle. The vehicle fled.
While it fled, it crashed into at least 1 vehicle.
And the suspects fled on foot.
Police swarmed the area with multiple police and a K-9.

Unknown if the police were able to capture anyone.

Police are encrypted and remain SILENT with our community
Remember: Police told our community,
that we do NOT need to know about major incidents.

Sources are reporting an unknown scene in Rockford.

I will copy/paste their report to RS:

“Cops have Cole and Main blocked and
Ogilby and Main and there is a helicopter in the area”
