Sources are reporting a scene in Downtown Rockford.
It happened at/near the RMTD Bus terminal.
Reports that security was putting a victim into a choke hold.
The victim allegedly passed out,
while security had the hold.
They are reported to be laying in the street,
On the Court Street side of the bus terminal.
Initial reports are saying that security at the bus station,
Put a subject into a choke hold and made the victim pass out.
There are reports that it appeared CPR was being performed.
And that the victim was revived and then walked away.
Unknown what transpired prior to this incident.
