Sources are reporting 2 major scenes.

Sadly, local police still continue to choose to encrypt
And remain SILENT with our community.

As you can see from the video below,
Local police says that
our community does NOT need to know what is going on.

We were told this morning that multiple shots were fired near Roxbury
After the shots were heard, at least 3 ambulances were on scene.
And it was being reported as a multiple shooting victim scene.

Again, Rockford PD are encrypted and silent.

The other scene is reported to be near State and Fairview.
Possibly near Warren or Oriole Circle
Reports of a body that was found.
And that many police are on scene.

Sadly, nothing is ever confirmed
Due to Rockford PD are encrypted and silent.

Local police says that
our community does NOT need to know what is going on.
