Hello, I’m the car that was blocking traffic on Alpine Saturday. I saw your post. I was wondering if there was a way you could try to post to reach out to the other drivers who witnessed the accident to see if anyone can verify who’s at fault. There’s no traffic cams, no one was issued a ticket, and I only have liability so I was told my insurance won’t fight them and it’s up to me to fight her insurance company. She has Unique Insurance and everyone who knows about them claims they just try to sweep things under the rug. I’m desperate and I would really appreciate this, please. My car is totaled and that’s all I have. I’m on SSI for PTSD and I can’t afford all these bills that keep racking up from tow trucks to lot fees, etc. I just really would like her to have to take accountability for what she has done.
