Be on the lookout for a Black Male, approx 5’10, 150 LBS,
(Maybe 250 lbs, conflicting reports on weight)
He is reported to be bald and is now shirtless.
He originally had on a Blue shirt.
And possibly defecated himself and has taser prongs attached to him.
Last seen in the 17th ave and 13th st area.
Sources said he attempted to disarm a police officer.
If you see him, call the police.

UPDATE:
10:15 pm Perimeter is secure. Police are leaving.
Unknown if police captured the alleged suspect.

Sources are reporting a scene with numerous police. 

It happened around 9 pm 

In the general area of 12th ave and 13th st

It is unclear what has happened. 

We can only confirm many police went rushing to the scene. 

And there are numerous officers from multiple jurisdictions on scene. 

If police release information, we will update this.
