The Railway bar and the guy is on the run but no mention of it. I wonder why?” 

Pecatonica police called the source a liar. 
And said it never happened. 

However, doing RS for 15 years, and after police encrypted. 
WE DO KNOW that many things happen. 
And police CHOSE TO LIE TO OUR COMMUNITY.
