Our Opinion:
What Allegedly Happened
Based on the current information,
That has been provided to us.
Most of the outcomes, are not known or final.
Update: As you know, nothing is ever conformed.
Due to police being NON-Transparent and we can only post
the information that HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO US.
Rs source told us the following:
That there was more than one child the store clerk assaulted child first that she was transported by ambulance with bruising and she is not in juvenile custody and she did not run home she was on the phone with her mother when the assault took place and that the source is pressing charges on the store clerk for hitting their child with a wooden stick several times in her back and leg.
Your recent story about assault at a local store is inaccurate and missing important details that I’d like to let you know about so you can make a change. The 13 year old female was in fact caught stealing and when confronted by the clerk, the 13 year old proceeded to assault the clerk herself. She shoved the clerk to the ground and ran down the street home perfectly fine. The 13 yo then came back with her mother a few minutes later after calling the cops. After reviewing the footage, cops confirmed that the 13 year old was guilty of retail theft AND battery assault. The 13 y.o requested to be taken to the hospital before she gets sent to the juvenile center. Looking forward to seeing the article updated. Please keep me posted! Thank you so much, I appreciate it!
