As you know, the Rockford Police are trying extremely hard to conceal the violent crimes from our community.
They have encrypted, and now they redact FOIA requests…

How hard is to to NOT redact a suspect description???
There is nothing the prevents them from redacting a suspect description,
Other than being dickheads.

Gotta hide the crime from the community.
Act like it didn’t happen, so “Crime is Down”

We were told about an extremely violent armed robbery spree that recently happened.

Reports of 4 people allegedly shot during this spree.

We filed FOIA on one of the incidents.
And this is what the Rockford PD released… Enjoy the heavy redaction.
