Allegedly What May Have Happened:    Rollover Accident 

 Alleged Approx. Location:   200 block of Dawson Ave 

 Alleged Approx. Time:   3:35 pm

At approximately 3:35 this afternoon emergency personnel were called to the 200 block of Dawson Avenue in Rockford for reports of a rollover accident.

Initial reports are this was a two vehicle accident with one vehicle rollover. The occupants of the vehicle that rolled allegedly fled the vehicle/scene on foot.

At least one of the alleged occupants that fled was reportedly caught by police in the 2100 block of Crosby Street.

The extent of any injuries from this accident is unknown at this time.

Avoid the area while police are investigating.

UPDATE: After we posted this. A source reached out to us and said that nobody fled.
The person was trying to get all of the occupants, out of the cold weather.
