The vehicle had three occupants, a 22 year old male driver, a 42 year old female front passenger, and a 20 year old female rear passenger who were transported to local hospitals for treatment.
Officers were advised the vehicle left the roadway on Whitman, struck a tree, and overturned.

A short time later, the 20 year old female rear passenger was pronounced deceased.

After a review of the facts of the case, the Winnebago County State’s Attorney’s Office authorized the following charges:

*As with any and all investigations, there may be additional charges and arrests.
