RS sources are reporting:
Another Alleged Masturbator, In A Local Parking Lot…
RS source said:
“Hopefully this is okay to report to you to spread awareness since this is creepy and concerning for the public, I did call the police and give them all of his information. I just walked out of (edited) right now, right next to (edited) on East State St. and was going to get in my car and there was a white older male (around late 40s) masturbating in his car in the parking lot, right next to my vehicle with all of his windows open. I confronted him and said are you seriously masturbating in a public parking lot then he tried to pull his pants up quickly and couldn’t, so he leaned down to duck since everyone was then starring at him. There were several witnesses around and seen it themselves too. He then drove off which I knew he was going to since he got caught but I immediately took a picture of his car!”
Note: There have been numerous reports of similar incidents in local parking lots.
If you encounter one of these individuals. Pull out your cameras and record them and provide the video to the Rockford PD. Rockford PD have not yet released any information on all these alleged incidents.
