A domestic call where the suspect threatened to shoot the caller.
The suspect left the scene prior to police arrival and no shots were fired.

Update from LPPD: Domestic Incident
Alleged Location: 7800 block of Venus St/Loves Park
Alleged Time: Between 10:40 and 11:10 am
We have received multiple reports of a scene this morning in the 7800 block of Venus Street in Loves Park.
The Illinois State Police have issued a ISPERN alert for a possible suspect/suspects involved in this possible incident:
The alleged suspect is known to police.
He is being described as a black male, 25 years old, 5’ 7” tall, around 175 lbs,
Driving a Black Dodge Charger
Inside the vehicle at least one person is armed with a “AR” type style weapon.
Avoid the area awhile.
We will update if further information is released…
Notes:
RS sources have reported this as a possible shooting incident.
Sources are also reporting medical was on scene.
