As you know I have made it a personal goal to bring more positive posts on our website.

I have liked museums for a long time.
A lot of history, all in one place.

Living in this area my whole life.
I was unaware of how many museums and other neat places we have here locally.

One day I was browsing the internet and came across this hidden gem.

It is called the Historic Auto Attractions

It is located right here in the Roscoe area.
At 13825 Metric Rd, Roscoe, IL
That is just off of 251.

https://www.historicautoattractions.com/visit

I have not been there personally yet.

But this place looks amazing.
I have watched several of their videos online.

The owner of the museum has posted some videos of the exhibits on Youtube.
I am very impressed with their videos.

You can tell the museum owner is passionate about the exhibits.
He has a lot of energy and I have learned a lot of history.
And to think, this hidden gem is right in our backyards!

Check out their Youtube channel at
https://www.youtube.com/@historicautoattractions

I can not wait to check this place out in person!

Our museum has something for everyone. Visit us in Roscoe, IL right between Rockford, IL and Beloit, Wi.

We have a Ghostbusters vehicle here, and I did not know about that…
Heck, I would pay the entry fee just to see the actual Ghostbusters vehicle!
Sorry, I love the Ghostbusters!
Who you gonna call?   😉

Also a NASA exhibit!!!
https://www.historicautoattractions.com/attraction/nasa-space-exhibit
NASA Space Exhibit
The NASA exploratory is full of facts about our Solar System,
the Apollo 11 space mission, and other interesting information about what Astronauts do.

They have the Project Mercury Capsule!
Project Mercury was the first human spaceflight program of the United States,
running from 1958 through 1963.

An early highlight of the Space Race,
its goal was to put a man into Earth orbit and return him safely, ideally before the Soviet Union.

Looks like I would be having a blast at this museum.
Did you see me try to slide in a funny space pun in there…

https://www.historicautoattractions.com/attractions

I think that NASA and other space related topics should be more publicly discussed.
Because we have a lot to learn and to explore in the sky above us.
Learning from our past,
On the new frontier, the new horizon.
The next generation of future explorers!

I am really looking forward to seeing the space exhibit!
