Allegedly What May Have Happened:
Unknown? Police have not released any info.
Approx. Location: E State and Phelps
Numerous sources are reporting a large police presence
Near E State and Phelps
Many reports said there was shots fired, then shortly afterwards
Numerous officers and medical were on scene.
So it is unclear if the shots may be related to the police presence.
Or for something else.
We do have reports that it appears police had to people detained.
But obviously not confirmed, due to no info being released.
If police release info, we will update this.
