At approximately 7:00 this evening emergency personnel were called to the area of IL-173 and Caledonia Road in Caledonia for reports of a serious accident involving a vehicle and motorcycle.

MD1 and the React Medical Helicopter were requested to respond to the scene.

At least one person suffered serious injuries. A older female on the motorcycle reportedly lost part of her foot/leg in the accident.

Please avoid the area or expect delays.
