What Allegedly Happened: Grease fire

Brief Synopsis on what may
have allegedly have happened…

At approximately 5:45 this evening emergency personnel were called to 1160 N Mulford Road in Rockford, at the Morning Star Village, for reports of a possible fire.

Initial reports are this started as a grease fire from cooking, no reports at this time if anyone was injured.

Crews from RFD are still on scene and it is believed that the fire is under control.

We will update if further information is released.
