Many Wondering What Caused The Brief Power Outage on Monday Night
On Monday evening, people all across Winnebago County
Briefly lost power.
Most reported their power surged two different times.
Shortly afterwards, Comed was reporting a power outage
SE of RT 2 and Latham. And almost 400 customers without power.
However, they only said “under investigation”
Many have asked us what caused that to happen.
We do not have an answer. Sorry…
We figured we would post this,
and hope that someone out there may have an answer.
