RS sources are reporting more aggressive panhandlers.
The most of the reports have been on E State, or near E State.

6th and Jefferson

Auburn and Rockton
All the reports are saying the police responded,
However nothing was done.
Many of the reports said the panhandlers were out in the traffic,
They were allegedly beating on vehicles and throwing objects at vehicles.
Because they were pissed that no one was giving them money.
Unconfirmed reports are saying they may have caused 3 different accidents today.So if you want some tax free money,
