BEFORE ENCRYPTION:
Last officer hurt or killed on record, Was Detective Rice. August 3, 2001
All those years of UN-Encryption, no officers were hurt or killed.
And community members knew who to turn in…
EX: Jaimie Key was caught hours after he murdered his girlfriend Savannah.
He was caught, because the public was INFORMED, saw him and called police.
After Encryption:
Several officers have been hurt, and a few have been killed.
Community members have been killed, by suspects fleeing from police.
Ex: Shane Bouma killed 74 year old Ellen Marsh while fleeing from police.
And police told the community: “Nothing going on, no threat to the community”
MANY People saw Shane, as he fled from police. However, police denied the scene.
And Shane killed Ellen, to get away…
HOW IS THAT FOR SAFETY???
