Sources have told us that many roads inside Winnebago County are impassable due to drifts.
Some areas are so bad, that the snow plows are unable to clear the roads.
Public works have begun using a grader tractor, to clear the roadways.
The worst roads are the country roads that run North/South.
Main, Meridian, Knapp, RT 2, etc…
Please do not travel, unless you have too.
Many accidents have been reported.
Many reports of people crashing into the snow drifts and becoming stranded.
