Rockford PD Once Again Violating General Order 1.09: Reports of a Police Standoff/Possible Lead To A Death Investigation.

As you know the local police are encrypted and do not like to be transparent.
So I am going to report the information that HAS been provided to us.

Sources are reporting a police standoff, that turned into a death investigation.

It happened this evening on Parkside Drive.

All we can confirm is: Several emergency personnel were on scene.

Police have chosen to once again to keep the public in the dark, about another possible violent crime…

Rockford PD used to have a policy, on what they are supposed to release to the community
But it appears that policy has been thrown out the door. Because the RPD no longer follow this policy on transparency.   They are supposed to release information on these types of incidents.

Rockford PD General Order 1.09
Section 3: D
The General Order is below

But since encrypting,
police feel that the public does not need to know about major incidents!
