My opinion on what allegedly may have possibly happened,
Based on the information that has been currently provided to Rockford Scanner:
Sources are reporting animal abuse.
3 subjects walking shoot at a dog in a fenced in backyard in Rockford.
Then flee…
Sources told us approx. 3:15 today, these 3 suspects were walking near Rockton ave,
Allegedly shooting at animals. One of the animals was a dog that was in a fenced in backyard.
The dogs owner went to confront the suspects, But they fled.
The victims want the public to be aware, so you can protect your furry loved ones!
