My opinion on what allegedly may have possibly happened,
Based on the information that has been currently provided to Rockford Scanner:
Sources were reporting a major scene in Rockford earlier today.
It happened around 2:30 pm in the 700 block of Park.
Sources were saying that there was a lot of emergency personnel on scene.
At the time of the incident, many reports were saying that it was an alleged shooting.
The Rockford PD have been becoming more transparent in their call logs. (Thank You)

The police call logs showed that the Rockford PD responded to the 700 block of Park ave.
In reference to an alleged stabbing incident, not a shooting.
Rockford PD used to be pretty transparent on their Twitter account: CLICK HERE
But, Not as much these days…
So it is unclear who the alleged suspect(s) may or may not be.
Or how the victim might be doing. Or if there have been any arrests.
So one can only wonder, is there a violent criminal out roaming the streets of Rockford right now?
Or if the police did an amazing job and caught the suspect red handed?
If the Rockford PD chooses to releases information on this incident,
We will update this.
