Rockford Scanner: Multiple Shooting Victims At A Scene in Rockford… Still Developing

My opinion on what allegedly may have possibly happened, 
Based on the information that has been currently provided to Rockford Scanner: 

Sources are reporting a major scene in Rockford.

It happened around 1 am in the area of Whitman and Haskell.
We have reports that the shooting may have happened near Arcadia Terrace.

There are two confirmed shooting victims on scene.
We do have reports of a possible 3rd shooting victim.
Unknown on their condition.

Both the shooting victims that were reported to RS,
They are described as being females in their early 20’s.
And one person laying on on the ground not moving.

Witnesses described one of the victims as being shot in the leg, and the other victim was shot in the butt.

Sources told us the suspects are described as 4 Black females in a 2011 Black Tahoe with a plate similar to DP16701
Last seen near Kilburn.

Police have not released any suspect information on the incident.
