My opinion on what allegedly may have possibly happened,
Based on the information that has been currently provided to Rockford Scanner:

Sources are reporting another reckless driver in Winnebago County

This one happened a little bit ago on 9th st.

A dark vehicle, possibly a sedan was traveling well over 100 mph.
Witnesses told us the vehicle was traveling over 120 MPH, blowing stop signs and red lights.
The vehicle is reported to have been redlining their engine, as they drove.
The vehicle was last seen Northbound, running the red light at State st.

Update: The police may have actually stopped this vehicle…
Near the Jefferson st Bridge
