My opinion on what allegedly may have possibly happened,
Based on the information that has been currently provided:
Sources are reporting a scene that happened earlier today just before noon.
It happened in the 2300 block of 9th st.
Initial reports are saying a wire(s) is down.
It was unknown if it was a power line, or some type of other of utility line.
Sounds like Engine 2 was the only unit on scene.
And has since cleared the scene.
No reports of injuries.
