Based on the information that has been currently provided: 

Rockford PD released the following information: 

On Monday, October 30, 2022, at approximately 1:35 a.m.,
Rockford Police officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 1600 block of S. Alpine Road.

During the stop, officers located and recovered a loaded handgun with an extended
magazine in plain view, inside the vehicle. Officers also recovered drug paraphernalia and over 12 grams of crack cocaine. The Winnebago County State’s Attorney’s Office reviewed the facts of the case and authorized
the charges listed below.
