Pedestrian Hit By A Vehicle in Winnebago County
Sources are reporting a bad accident on the West side this morning.
It happened around 9 am near Rockton and Knight.
Initial reports are saying the a person was hit by a vehicle.
The victim was reported to not be moving, laying on the ground.
We have conflicting reports on if the vehicle stayed on scene.
Officials have not released any information, on the incident,
To confirm if the vehicle stayed, or fled…
