My opinion on what may have possibly happened,
Based on the information that has been currently provided:

At approximately 6:30 this evening emergency personnel were called to the area of 11th Street and Brooke Road for reports of a auto accident with possible extrication.

Extrication was deemed not needed, but two ambulances were being dispatched to the scene for injuries.

The extent of injuries is unknown.

Avoid the area or expect possible delays.
