My opinion on what may have possibly happened,
Based on the information that has been currently provided:
Sources are reporting two different shooting incidents.
They both happened in the same area, but during 2 different times overnight.
Multiple gunshots were heard in the area of Arthur ave in Rockford,
Around 4:30 am and also around 6:15 am.
There are reports of property damages.
Reports of 1 person that may have been possibly injured.
Officials have not released any information to confirm that.
But have confirmed they are investigating a couple of shots fired reports.
