Thank you Rockford PD for releasing the following info.:
On Monday, October 24, 2022, at approximately 2:20 a.m., Rockford Police officers
responded to 922 Kilburn Avenue (Maxmart) for a burglary alarm. Upon arrival, officers observed
the front window was smashed and several cartons of cigarettes were stolen. Officers were
advised that the suspect appeared to be a black male wearing dark clothes, who fled the scene
on a bicycle.
