Where: 5900 block of Forest Hills Road
My opinion on what may have possibly happened,
Based on the information that has been currently provided:
There was multiple reports of multiple shots fired from around 2:00 to 2:10 this afternoon in the 5900 block of Forest Hills Road, with shots fired reports on both the Loves Park side and the Rockford side of Forest Hills and in that order from LP to Rockford.
Then at approximately 2:20 this afternoon, a gunshot wound victim apparently self transported to a local hospital.
The extent of those injuries are unknown.
Officials haven’t released anything on this shooting incident as of yet, but police call logs do confirm the reports we received.
