What allegedly happened via Parker2News:
In the early morning a 63-year-old male had a heart attack on one of the cat walks/conveyor on top of the Grain Bin. Where he was found by a coworker and called 911. Multiple departments were called to assist, a ladder from Byron and also Mount Morris were called to assist on getting to the level that the patient was at. When the Crews got on site they deployed a rescue crew to go up there and they took over CPR. A little after 10 o’clock the coroner arrived on site where are the 63 year old male was pronounced dead.
Sources are reporting a major scene in Winnebago County.
It happened around 7:30 am in the 16100 block of 3rd, in Seward.
Several emergency personnel are on scene, and are en route.
Initial reports are saying a technical rescue in in progress.
Sources said a subject is trapped on/near a conveyor belt.
Still developing, avoid the area.
