Beloit PD:
An individual wanted for several felonies and for questioning in the homicide of a 5-year-old child in Green Bay was taken into custody around 4pm today near East Grand Avenue and Prospect Avenue.
The arrest of Jordan J. Leavy Carter, 35, was made in collaboration with the Green Bay Police Department, Beloit Patrol Officers, Beloit Violent Crime Interdiction Team, and a Rock County K-9.
