Delayed a day, Orbital ATK is launching an Antares rocket Monday night at the NASA Wallops Island Flight Facility on the Eastern Shore.

The rocket will be carrying Orbital’s Cygnus cargo spacecraft to the International Space Station, according to NASA.

The launch, which was pushed back several times, is now scheduled for 7:40 p.m. Monday (6:40 pm CDT). It should be visible to most of the East Coast, weather permitting.

The graphic above shows areas that may be able to see the rocket.

If you want to see the launch up close, public viewing will be available at the NASA Visitor Center at Wallops and Robert Reed Park on Chincoteague Island or Beach Road spanning the area between Chincoteague and Assateague Islands, according to NASA. Assateague Island National Seashore/Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge in Virginia will not be open for viewing the launch.

Yesterday:

WALLOPS ISLAND, Va. — The long-awaited launch of an Orbital ATK Antares rocket carrying cargo to the International Space Station today has been delayed until Monday, a 24-hour slip, due to a glitch with ground support equipment, NASA officials said Sunday (Oct. 16).

Antares is now scheduled to launch Monday (Oct. 17) at 7:40 p.m. EDT (2340 GMT) from Pad-0A at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport at NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility here.

Today’s launch of Orbital ATK’s Antares rocket is postponed  24 hours due to a ground support equipment (GSE) cable that did not perform as expected during the pre-launch check out,” Keith Koehler, a NASA communications officer at Wallops Flight Facility, wrote in a statement. “We have spares on hand, and rework procedures are in process. The Antares and Cygnus teams are not currently working any technical issues with the rocket or the spacecraft.” [Viewing GuideHow to See the Nighttime Antares Rocket Launch]

Rockford Is Now The #1 Most Dangerous City In America

Rockford, Illinois, is the most dangerous city in the U.S. with a population between 100,000-200,000 people, displacing Little Rock, Arkansas, which now ranks as #2. Tallahassee, Florida moved onto the list at #8 after just missing the cut at #12 last year; Odessa, Texas also moved from #11 to #9. Many of the rest of the positions held steady and only saw small increases or decreases in their violent crime rates.

All statistics are based on 2015 data from the FBI’s Uniform Crime Report. Check out the slideshow below for the Top 10 Most Dangerous Cities Under 200,000
