Sources are reporting a pregnant female jumps out of a moving vehicle. 

It happened around 5 pm today near Prairie & Palmer Stone .  

The caller said his pregnant girlfriend got upset and jumped from the moving vehicle.

A pregnant female around 28 years old that is approx. 8 months along in her pregnancy,  allegedly opened up the car door and jumped out of a moving vehicle doing approx. 40 mph.  

The female has facial injuries (uncontrolled bleeding to the face) and also stomach injuries. Possibly has lost conscious.  

Police are investigating.

Sources are reporting a man has beat a woman in the head with a crowbar, on Mothers Day in Rockford.

It happened around 10:45 am this morning  near Sunnyside ave and Vermont.

Injuries were reported, We have been told the injuries might be life threatening. RPD has yet to release any information on the incident or the suspect at the time of writing this.

No other information at this time.

Rockford Scanner™: Female Shot At least One Time in Rockford, Still Developing




Sources are reporting a shooting victim in Rockford.

It happened just after 1 am in the 500 block of Webster ave.

Reports of a female that has been shot near this location.

The female is approx. 32 years old and is reported to have been shot at least once in the left breast area.

No suspect information at this time.

Still developing.


Update from RPD:

On Friday, April 5th, at around 1:00 o’clock A.M., a Rockford woman was the victim of Aggravated Battery with a Firearm when she was struck one time by gunfire in the 500 block of Webster Ave. The victim was transported via ambulance to a local hospital where she was treated for her injuries. This is an ongoing investigation. Anyone with information concerning this incident is encouraged to contact the Rockford Police Department, or CrimeStoppers at 815 963 STOP (7867)

Sources are reporting a vehicle that crashed into a tree in Rockford.

It happened just North of the intersection of Guilford and Mulford around 8:40 am this morning.

A pregnant female has crashed into a tree.

Injuries were being reported.

Emergency personnel said icy road conditions may have played a factor. Roads are extremely icy this morning.

Sources are reporting a woman that was hit by a vehicle in Rockford.

It happened around 10:45 am this morning on S Alpine.

A woman had her foot ran over by a vehicle near this location.

Rockford Scanner™: Woman Possibly Kidnapped Downtown Rockford, While She Snap Chats Saying Someone Is Following Her



UPDATE: RPD still has yet to release information on this.  But sources are reporting the woman in the video is now home safe. We can not confirm this yet, but wanted to give everyone an update. 


Several sources have contacted us and sent us the snap chat video of a woman who was allegedly downtown last night. While she was downtown, she snap chatted and said someone is following me and then the screen goes dark and you can hear muffled screams in the video.

We can not confirm this is true, but wanted to share just in case it was. 

RPD confirms there was a “Check for well being, at 205 W State just after 2 am. No other details were provided by the RPD and will not confirm nor deny if it is related to this video.
