Rockford Scanner™: Woman Shot On Rockford’s West Side

Sources are reporting another shooting scene in Rockford. 

This happened around 10:15 pm in the 3300 block of Darwood.

That is located off of Rockton, just North of the Schnucks.

Reports of approx. 7 gunshots were fired. At least one confirmed shooting victim. It is unknown on the severity of the injuries. No suspect information at the time of writing this. Still developing.

Update: On Monday July 29th, 2019 at 10:15pm, Rockford Officers responded to 3311 Darwood Dr in reference to a shooting victim. A 24-year old female victim was located inside of the apartment. The apartment appeared to have been targeted and was stuck numerous times. The victim suffered from a non-life threatening graze wound after a bullet penetrated through a window and into the apartment. She was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Rockford Scanner™: Home Invasion in Rockford, Police Are Investigating.

Sources are reporting a scene in Rockford.

It happened around 1 am in the 3200 block of Darwood.

Sources said it was a home invasion.
RPD has yet to release information on it.

We been told injuries were reported.
Unknown on the severity of the injuries.

No suspect information.

Rockford Scanner™: Rockford Police Searching For Home Invasion Suspects

On Wednesday, May 30, at around 11:10 P.M. two Rockford women were the victims of a Home Invasion.

Three armed subjects entered their home by force and took their personal property before fleeing the scene.

No one was injured in this incident. This is an ongoing investigation.
