 WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT
FROM 8 AM TO 4 PM CST
SUNDAY 

* WHAT…A period of moderate to heavy snow with rates of 1 inch
or more per hour possible for a short time during the mid
morning to early afternoon. Total snow accumulation of 2 to 4
inches.

* WHERE…Winnebago and Boone Counties.

* WHEN…Highest impact, heaviest snowfall is expected to develop
between 8 and 10 am and last for 2 to 4 hours before tapering
off and then possibly changing to some light rain or drizzle.

* IMPACTS…High snow rates will likely lead to roads becoming
snow covered for a time and travel hazardous.
