Numerous sources have contacted us in regards to a newborn baby being found in a dumpster in Rockford today.
Sources are reporting a newborn baby was found in a dumpster at the Orton Keys housing complex. Unknown on the newborns condition.
But RPD has yet to confirm this or release any information on it.
