Several sources are reporting a scene in Rockford.
It happened approx 9:30 pm in the 400 block of Rome ave.
RPD has not released any information.
Sources said numerous police officers are on scene along with the crime scene.
Reports of a victim or a body was located in the nearby alley.
And police are using their K-9 in the neighborhood.
If RPD releases information, we will update.
